handbrake leather cover and plastic frame
 

the plastic frame which holds the leather cover in position broke bmw X3 e83 2005 model

is there a place to find replacement??

do i have to buy the leather as well??

You could find a used one, take the plastic frame off of it. Glue it to your existing leather ebrake boot. Or just buy a new one: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...k/34423424459/
