Xoutpost.com - E83 driver's window switch block not working

2007 BMW X3, 190k miles

I have had a long running issue where the driver's switch block stopped working, this included the window switches, mirror motors, auto-fold and auto-dip. The other 3 windows work with their respective switches. This was preceded, 2+ years before, by the driver's folding mirror not working. The switch block's backlight is working but the block is not receiving enough / proper voltage according to INPA - a GM LIN Bus Error is the main code as well as an error with an anti-trap system on all 4 windows.

I have done the following but still haven't fixed the issue:

-Cleared faults with INPA and disconnected the battery
-New driver's mirror thinking that the broken motor may have caused the LIN Bus error
-New OEM Switch Block
-Confirmed that the Driver's window motor is working, window will go down when unlock is held
-Confirmed wire continuity within the door and that there is voltage coming from the chassis to the door but its lower than it needs to be. According to INPA, different then the E46, the driver's block has its own, dedicated power source.
-Replaced fuse A41 per INPA, but no change
-Swapped in an identical GM unit from junkyard and the behavior was the same as with the original

The car's battery is OEM from 2016.

I am ready to do the following but am not sure where to go next: New battery, proactively replace ground straps - but I'm not sure where to look for what is causing my voltage issue.

Any ideas? Anyone else have a similar issue?
