2008 e83 door seals

My Drivers side front door seal is cracked and worn, I am referring to the seal on the body, not the door; any advice, DIY's, pics or videos on replacing it. The Thanks:stickpoke

In the recent past I've removed and replaced this door seal. Best I remember is to not pull it off too hard otherwise you may puncture it with your fingers. The rubber can be brittle.
It was hard to find one in tack almost like the driver seat where at least the left bolster is severely worn.
But with a little enginuity you can bring it back to life...
