Rear Drive Shaft popped
 

One of the welded joints popped on acceleration! I was able to make it home without going over 30mph only for about 3miles.
Made the replacement a couple days ago...not a bad job but a BMW job,,, if you know what I mean.[emoji41][emoji106]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...4332d6ca9c.jpg

This will be the second time I've replaced the shaft...the m54 is currently at 225k.

Just came off a 4hr hwy round trip. Smooth ride (like butter)... no problems what-so- ever.
Had a small concern at the start, about the rear drive shaft performance...not any more[emoji817]
