X3 Powerchip

I have installed a K&N cold air intake (used the Model 63 for a 330i minus the tube) on my '06 3.0 X3 and am ready to push the button for the Powerchip. Anyone with Powerchip experience on an X3 or any BMW for that matter?

Love that X3!

Got pics of the K&N intake?

So it DOES fit. I'm looking into the heat shield. Cool, thanks for the info on the K&N intake.

I'm guessing then the ECIS intake will also fit. The biggest issue is the heat shield and whether the mounting points are the same between a 330 and X3.

$640 for 9hp? Seems a bit too much if you ask me. Am I missing something?
