I miss my X3

On monday I brought her in because the rear right side window was malfunctioning. Went up & down slower then the other windows. Anyway, on my way out of the garage I noticed a big scratch on the drivers door. Called up my mother who has driven the car very few times to ask her if anything had happened while she took the car and her answer was no. It seems that the scratch was made with a key or something real sharp. I didnt have a camera on me so wont be able to show you the damage.
I should be getting her back wednesday or thursday.
I miss her, cnt wait to get her back

Huge bummer. A week after I had my '04 X3 I got a dimple the size of a dime in the belt-line - that's right, the belt line:angryfire . Some bozo (in a red car) flung their door open and slammed it into the rear passenger door so hard it dented the belt line and of course left paint transfer from their red p.o.s. Fortunately, when you get her back she'll be good as new! Having to drive anything else just isn't the same - and worse yet having to car pool as the passenger . . . forget about it!

I feel your pain! I didn't even have my '04 X3 for a week when some c0ck-smacking-h0-a$$-trick of a little girl decided to run a shopping cart into the driver side door. :angryfire The *%#@ up thing was that this happened right in front of my house. Some idiot decided to bring home a shopping cart and ride around in it. I didn't have my baby for a good week.

I wanted to :gun: the little $h!t but I decided to take it out on the father who watched the kid hit my X3 and then started yelling at her to come into the house before anyone noticed.

Not to worry though...they paid for the damage and all is well. Now I'm living some where else (with a private parking lot) and I found out later that the same girl how hit my X3 got hit by another car...while riding in a shopping cart down the street.

Ain't life a B!TCH!?!? :drunk: :2thumbs:

Talk about bad luck

Last monday I brought my car in cuz it needed some work to be done to it and got her back on friday morning. On saturday night I went out clubbing with some friends. At around 3AM a girl who was sitting at our table was feeling really bad so I proposed to drive her home. On my way back driving in some narrow a** roads I scratched both of my right side rims (scratched them up pretty bad). Anyway back to the club everything went fine. On my way home I took a right turn and my left front tire blows (near construction site). I changed the entire thing and replaced it with spare tire. After doing that I felt kind of tired so I pulled over and slept for about an hour in front of my girlfriends house (way to tired to go upstairs). Woke up and hit the road to get home and I slightly hit the curb doing about 40km/h and my front right tire blows this time. I pulled into a parking lot and called a taxi.

Next day went back to the site and called BMW assist and sent a tow truck within half an hour. I picked her up today they had to replace one rim and two tired TOTAL 1475 CHF (swiss francs) wich is about 1,196.83 USD.
Add to that, that same night leaving the club I got flashed by radar!!
