PLEASE! Help With My Sirius Radio
 

Alright guys, with the patient help of "Rick in Prescott" I was able to install the sirius receiver in my wife's 2006 X3. The X3 was pre-wired and in retrospect it wasn't that difficult a thing to do. Well, now it a strange thing happens--though the radio shows the station, it goes mute at random. Usually at engine startup. Any Ideas guys? I really appreciat the help.

Mine doesn't do that, sorry I can't help. It might have something to do with the bluetooth. Are you using Blutooth? Could someone be trying to pair to your car????

Are all the wires connected securely? Did you switch the plug on the back of the radio?
