First bimmer on the way!
 

Well after pouring through the info here on the boards, I have finalized my order for our 2007 X3. I placed my order through Pentagon Car Sales (the BMW Military Sales Program dealer for Italy) and was able to get the Terracotta interior. My wife and I were back and forth about the color, seeing the pictures online, you never know if the color balance is just right. A trip to the dealership in Atlanta (Global Imports) and an hour(!) with a *very* knowledgable and helpful sales lady (Marianne) and we were able to get our configuration down. We were impressed that a dealer would spend that much time with us knowing from the start of the conversation that we had no intention of buying from them.

Now all I need to do is figure out how to track an order! :thumbup:

P.S.- For those that don't know, the terracotta and tobacco (a la 2007 X5) are available on the 07 X3, but only as customer orders. You won't see them on dealer lots, at least not for a while...

Are you in Italy? Pentagon has great deals all over the place...They even take trade-ins in Italy and Germany! (For when you move into the next X3 ;))
