e83 out, e91 in
 

after two great years with my X3, its time for a change, I've always been more of a car guy, but I love driving my X3, I have decided to get the e91 which will give me the best of both worlds!

I've been thinking about going the same route with a 328ix wagon, as I miss driving a manual transmission and a lighter, more nimble vehicle than my X5. But I think I'm going to wait until '08 X3 Bi-Turbo (335i engine) goes into production before making a decision. I'd speculate that it would come with the 335i's upgraded ZF6HP19TU Steptronic transmission or a 6MT.

BTW - In your planned mods, did you mean M-Tech body kit as opposed to M5 front end?

Congrats! If your e91 is coming with 162 wheels, you're not allowed to change them..because I said so! :rofl: Those are the nicest wheels for the e90 series cars hands down...
