Ice>Link and Sirius Radio

Good morning all. I'm getting ready to install my Ice-Link Plus in to the X3 and am concerned about conflicting things I've read. I have the factory Sirius radio installed and am going to plug the Ice>Link into the factory CD changer harness in the console compartment. Has anyone installed IceLink and have Sirius installed? Do I need a special adapter cable that the Ice>Link manual speaks of?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, this is the cable you need:

If your X3 is prewired for Sirius, you will not need this cable. If not, here's the cable in question:

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Yes, I do have the Prewire for Sirius and have Sirius installed. I'm thinking I'm good to good per your comment but I did send you a picture of the cable I have. Looks like I'll have time on Saturday for the install.
