diesel filter

Hi friends, i have one problem with the filter of diesel of my engine because i don't no where is. Help me

Looks like it may be near the transmission.

One of these days we will/MIGHT get a Diesel X3 in the US, but they better HURRY :banghead: or we may be driving a ML320CDI!!!
