To anyone considering an x3....
Sadly out beloved x3 is going back to the dealer at the end of this month and over the two years we have had it it has never once missed a beat!
We had this car when my bother half was 5 months prenant and it has been a dream to live with since, with my son growing up its been the ideal car for us never lacked space or comfort on longer trips. The only one problem we had was a wiper blade came loose the day we got it , quickly fixed by the dealer and not another fault since. Still feels tight with no creaks or cracks whilst on the move and amazingly good on diesel, we are averaging 38-40mpg. So anyony concidering this car then i cant recomend it enough its been a great family car !!! |
Alas, it doesn't look like we'll be getting the oil-burner for the remainder of the model cycle :(. Damn the Americans and their insatiable thirst for more powerrrrrrrr. Even the 2.5si would be cool.
Our X3, with 56.700 miles on it, still runs like new. Indeed, it's grown rather close to me, and thus I treat it sorta like I would treat a person. It just goes everywhere, hauls everything I need (bike + golf clubs, go figure), and doesn't skip a beat. |
