Help with Purchasing a 2004 X3..
Hi folks,
I was looking a used 2004 X3 CPO vehicle or from a small time dealer. Well I've come to the conclusion that CPO vehicle will be better. Although the regular dealer is asking quite a bit less they are high milage. Well over 80K (50k Miles)..the lower milage ones are pretty close to BMW CPO ones. Plus a CPO vehicle offers roadside assistance and a much lower finance rate. In any case I have a few questions if someone can help..

Go to BMW's page and look for accessories and see if the kit is available. I would tell you to use bmwusa.com but you aren't from the states. 2004 with 80K and CPO, I'm not sure Canadian CPO rules are the same as USA. However, if they are you only have 2 years and 20K under warranty, not long. The auto trans will have issues if not properly maintained and, while under warranty, may be covered by CPO but will still have you without the car. Better position is under 50K miles and CPO from a dealer.

But I've already answered your question on Bimmerfest. Makes little sense to do it again. Realistically, the X3 section here isn't super-busy. X5World and X3world are a bit more about actual friendships than just "info from a zillion members". |
