You're right, MD. That X3 may take some sales away from the X5. I think they've got it right this time. My wife's X3 simply hauls ass, and it handles even better than my X5.
I have to be honest, though, unless Bangle screws it up really badly, I don't know that I will consider anything else. I just love my X, and it will surely improve with the '07 version. If I like the next X5, my biggest problem will be NOT buying one... It's got performance, luxury, safety, and class. So long as I am fortunate enough to afford it, I am smitten by this car.
BUT... that X3 is just getting better with age. Kudos to the Motorwerk! :thumbup:

Of the X5, you mean? Yes. BMW will be releasing a new X5 in late '06 (I think September?) as an '07.
