CPO Pricing on an 07 X3...

What is a good deal for an 07 X3 with approx. 19,000 miles? Car is equipped with NAV (hard to find), Xenon, Premium, Cold, Privacy glass. Certified to 12/31/2012. Dealer is asking $29.9K. Same car with the hollow door in my last post.

29.9 would be a great price, kbb has it around 35-37k.

Also, Nav comes with every Premium pkg car...not that rare.
