Accessing lights in tailgate
 

How do you access the light bulbs in the rear tailgate, such as the reverse lights and the rear foglights? I'm trying to install the rear foglamp and would need to be able to access it to install the light bulbs.

The owner's manual (US) doesn't say how.

For my '04 - you have to remove the rear plastic tailgate access panel - it pops out with a gentle pry....then remove the sheet of greenish insulation, then unscrew about 10-12 screws surounding the plastic frame - that will then pop off. You will see three screws retaining each light housing that simply unscrew - just be sure you are supporting the lights from the bottom when you unscrew them. It's easy.

Pics of rear fog setup? Would like to do this myself, or maybe a DIY for others.
