Self-charging air conditioning

Does anyone know the correct PSI for doing a self-charge on the air conditioning system?

Will vary with temperature... The X5 only uses .98 lbs so it would be easy to overcharge. But usually the low side about 20-30 psi and the high side about 200-250 psi.
