Radio and On-board Computer manual

Hello,

I just recently got BMW X3, 2004. I didn't get Radio and On-board Computer manual. I am wondering if someone can share it with me.

Thanks you in advance.

The Board Computer is actually in the regular owner's manual, unless your vehicle has sat nav, then I can't help ya there.

Any particular questions you have regarding the Business radio?

I don't have sat nav. I wanted to go over the manual to get familiar with the radio. I also wanted to set up my phone. It seems like that I can connect it. Thank you.

If you want the Radio manual then you could stop by the dealership and see if they can find one for you. It's only 10 pages since the Business Radio headunit is fairly straight-forward.

FM1 and FM2 are 6 presets each, FMA allows Autostore (hold FM button to activate if I recall correctly) which stores the 6 strongest radio stations in the vicinity. Handy for out-of-town driving. Left/Right is seek, and pushing m allows manual search of radio stations.

RDS is self-explanatory, on or off. TP is also on/off but not functional in North America. For the CD, repeat is activated by holding down the Random button. Track time is NOT displayed in any case only track number.

Tone functions, such as bass treble, and more are accessed through the music note. Speed-sensitive volume is adjusted on a 1-6 scale by holding down the music note button a few seconds with the radio on.

2004 X3s did not come with Bluetooth even if you received a Passkey. Your option is to buy a new TCU which is pricey or get one aftermarket, which is less pricey but still not cheap.

Thank you a lot for trying to help. Unfortunatelly, BMW dealer did not have this manual at the time I visited them. I was thinking to look at the manual but not luck yet.

Sometimes on EBAY you can come across someone selling them. I downloaded the main manual online, but can't find the radio one as well.

Also I have the phone button on the steering wheel and the dealer told me that it is not compatible.

I also have a 2004 X3
