Phone Woes - Address Book Sync

It's a long shot, but I've changed phone recently from a slackberry to a Windows Mobile MWG ZINC II.

My slackberry used to send the address book to the car, no problem. It turns out that my Zinc doesn't. Grrr. Does anyone have any idea how to force it to at least TRY ?
