Vancouver Clear Bra

We had the X3 wrapped by Vancouver Clear Bra to protect the M-Sport painted surfaces from being sandblasted during the winter months.

They are based out of Richmond,BC, but are mobile and came to Kamloops,BC to complete it (about 8 hours round-trip).

We bought the X3 as a CPO and weren't able to protect it from new. The next new car we buy will be wrapped at the dealership before we take delivery. That car will be completely wrapped; doors, rear hatch, roof, fully protected...so when the new LCI X3 diesel shows up in 2014 or 2015...:D

It took them about 4 hours to wrap the following areas and I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with their work. I can barely tell that the film is on and neither can my friends. They only take cash though, so make sure you visit the bank first.

*full hood
*full front bumper
*full front fenders
*headlights
*fog lights
*A-pillars
*roof (from windshield to sunroof)
*lower doors to crease line
*full rocker panels
*front fender trim
*rear fender trim
*sides of rear bumper

I highly recommend their work!

Are they still in business? They only take cash, and their web site has been suspended.

Hope you don't need any rework.

Let us know how it lasts.

The website worked 2 days ago, I am sure it will be fine. Based on the high-end vehicles on their website and speaking with them, they aren't going anywhere.

They also did the front end of my fleet car 2 years ago and you can't even tell it is on there. After 40,000km on the Coquihalla highway in the winter it has been through 2 windshields, but the film looks new.

Why not auto protectors on Victoria Street? They did my wifes Golf TDI and will do the X5 next week.

Hope you don't get any bugs on it. Bugs completely dearly venture sheild within hours. I had to have removes from both my X5 3.0 M sport and my X5M after on trip.

Price and previous use on my fleet Camry. Vic in no longer there and my friends doesn't look great.

If you want to take a look at mine to compare you are more than welcome to. I am in Sun Rivers.

I have cleaner and protectant for the film. Plus a self car wash takes the bugs off quickly with the low pressure pre-wash.

I got bugs on it yesterday from my 2 hr trip down the highway, the film is perfect.

In fact, I never wash my Camry and it is covered in bugs for months at a time. No issues with it either.

The Golf seems nice. But I am not an expert. Might check it out. Sun Rivers Is only 5 min from our store.

Drove the coq to Kelwna for Christmas and wish I had some form of protectant on, I got some nasty chips on my front hood and one star in the windshield. People passing and cutting in front like its clean roads in the summertime. These asshats are inconsiderate of what's going down, really pisses me off. If I were driving that road in winter much at all, I would be installing the film. I used something similar on the front end of my motorcycle in '04 and removed it after four years as it started to yellow a bit.
