Rubber seals
 

The rubber door seal on my left rear door is wearing away, as in strands of it are tearing off. Should I use some type of rubber restore like gummi pflege or should I replace the seals?

If it is to the point of ripping, I would replace it.

I mean small strands are coming off but I've ordered the pflege, I'll try my luck with that and see what happens.

Replace it; it's not going to get any better.

The pflege is really nice...

Seals look as if new, except for a few stress rips here and there.
