Yep, nice pickup. Low mileage example and looks pretty clean. Too bad it's had a front plate on it at one point... but can put some body colored plugs in there and it looks good.

The wife loves her 06 Mtech and we could not have gotten anything but. The non-M appearance packages look drab in comparison. My apologies to the non-tech package owners here.

Careful though with that N52... those things get maintenance heavy around 100k miles. That's why we bought an 06... the M54 was a MUST have. No aluminum fasteners or block for me thanks. I'll keep my water pump belt driven and under $100... thanks.

I havent driven it that much. The wife's initial impressions: Slow. That is compared to a 400 bhp 535i and her M3, before that was a Porsche Cayenne Turbo (automatic).

She said it has so much less body roll than the Porsche, but still feels large compared to our current cars. She also noted that the brakes feel slicker (probably just the pad choice since it just had a flush and SS lines)

We feel the same way about the non ///M package ones, the plastic on the lower body makes it look cheap.
I think I got off easy buying the N52, she originally wanted a 4.8is.... This should require less work (knock on wood). I hope to prove that the extra horses dont come at too high of a cost in maintenance.
Stupid $500 water pump, Ive got two cars in the driveway with them, waiting.... plotting their attack on my wallet.

I have a 2006 6 speed manual for sale - its not MSPort but the 06 has the body colored cladding.

we are the original owners of 2007 BMW X3 stick with sports M package (bought July 2007). We did search high and low and had to pay $500 to get it shipped across mid-west. I was afraid we were going to dislike it because we didn't custom build it, but after 8 years I am very happy with the configuration which has pretty much everything except the NAV option.

^is that a ZHP shift knob? Any other modifications... Live the color combo too- black interior is the best imho... Thanks for posting- been getting a little discouraged lately and considering a P Cayenne V6 manual but the search continues!

love the silver ext with the 19's. but in hot climates black is not always the best interior IMO.
