Fixed sagging pockets on front seat backs
 

Not a huge win, but a win nonetheless. One of the little plastic tabs that protrude from the side rails that hold the leather pouches snapped. This, coupled with kids reefing on them, caused the little plastic tab and elastic to get pulled into the elastic channel, leaving me with a sagging seat pouch.

I pulled the staples out of the one snapped corner. I used a thin piece of stiff wire (with a small hook in the end) and fished down the elastic channel to snag the elastic and pull it back out. Got the tab out as well. The solution was a weird but simple one. I used a nail that was thick enough to wedge down the side channel. Then I looped the elastic around the head (the elastic had a small hole already, so it was perfect). The nail head was nice and snug to the seat back, so I gently wrapped the leather around the nail head and hid it all. You can't even tell it was broken and it's solid.

I had to figure out a way, because seat backs weren't readily available. They usually come with seats attached :).
