Headlight adjustment?
 

Hey all!

I am about a week short of replacing both headlight assemblies on my 01 E53. The car is new to me, and I am working over a number of refresh options, including replacing the headlight assemblies as they are pretty badly clouded. Went for the full upgrade etc etc from Umnitza including bulbs but thought I should research headlight alignment before it all got here!

I did search the forums and found this thread:

But I am not finding any info on what the alignment should be! What position? Is there a set position, or how I measure the alignment? I also read the drivers is lower than the passenger? Or do I just get it down to my shop and let them align them (love my shop but seems a waste) quickly?

Thanks and new to this board as well, though a veteran on the E46 boards.
