I used that on my auto x5. It has slowed it down quite a bit and it has only been about 250 miles. I will change the oil next year sometime to give it more time. I only put about 1k a year on the auto x5 so it will take to some to really see how it works.

Do you have the mechanical ability to do this? With this question it makes me wonder, and it would suck for you to get it all apart and not be able to get it back together correctly, if at all.

Not sure on the i6 because I haven't pulled the trans yet but on the v8 I had to pull exhaust, both driveshafts, exhaust heat shields, front sway bar (I broke the cps putting it back on), skid plate, tranny cooler lines, wiring, and I'm sure I left one or two things off that list.

i was asking in advance to save me sometime when i start the job.can't remember if the starter is bolted to engine or trans housing i know that is tight spot to get too.??

Did you do it? How long did it take you?
Ever do your aux.A/C fan? Steering angle sensor?
Curious up here in Palm Coast, FL . Have some new jobs to tackle.
Hope it went well for you.
