My '05 E53 3.0i had the same issue. Replaced the FSR and removed the fuse for the telephone module (not using it), and the issue is resolved. The parasitic drain stopped. Did not have any issues starting, even when sat for a day or two. Just got home, last night, after 10 days away. This morning it started up with no discernible hesitation.

Your alternator should be putting out 14.4v with the engine running.

Just a thought...if the car isn't going into sleep it maybe that the ignition switch is faulty(not recognising that the key has turned to off position)so it could be worth checking as mine still sleeps with the fuse in just drains over night.....I've been taking to a mate from the past who now is a Workshop manager for BMW and he's seen a few lately so when he goes in to work next week he's going to go through the data to find a remedy for it so I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
