question about headlight assembly...
 

well damn my mother has changed her thought of sending the X5 to NJ instead of the 530i...and i have already sold my angel eyes on ebay.

but now I get to keep the X if i get my grades up enough...well anyways

any idea how to get the front black piece out to get a clearer look inside the headlights?

There are screws around the perimeter under the glue/chaulk/whatever the hell that goop is. :dunno: :confused:
I personally wouldn't remove that black piece. It doesn't look right, but that's just my opinion.

yea. when you take the headlight apart there i think 5 hex type screws. U can tell where they are cause on the outside of the headlight u will see small bulges.
