Does the strut itself hold pressure within the strut itself...or is that pressure held at the accumulator? Does the accumulator have serviceable parts or is it a one unit deal that requires full replacement?


In over 4 years on this forum, I've NEVER seen someone having an accumulator (reservoir) or valve body leak. 95% of the time its a leaking bag or strut.

If you are leaking, check the corners you are leaking from, even though you replaced with Arnotts, you may have a defective one, or something else, perhaps a leaky connection at the bag. Any shop should be able to smoke test the system for you.
