It will look cool, but besides that you may not get what you think you are getting.
Be sure your DISA valve is in good working order. Have you upgraded your throttle body?
It may look like it breaths better, that is if you want warm engine air instead of out side air. I invested in a really nice filter for the box and it works beautifully.
