I would think this rate contact would partially deflate the bag, with vehicle damage being the end resulting.

The sky can only yield so much water. The larger the hail stones, the fewer the hail stones. Here is a great example from just weeks ago in Italy. https://youtu.be/Mvk8IjeNMDc

Add to that we are pushing 100 cubic feet of air per minute or 1.5 cubic feet of air per second.

We've heard these arguments for years. But the math and our customer testimonies don't lie. And before someone brings up the sharp edges of hail, there is this too https://youtu.be/bK_1rSqIVpc

It's legit gents. Maybe it's not for you, but there are a lot of folks that do not have enough garage spaces or work without covered parking or have a truck that is too tall for the garage. This system has them covered.

When inflated, does the cover touch the car? or does it float over the car?

The cover is two layers, sewn together at the bottom perimeter. The blower assembly fills the space in between the two layers. The bottom layer rests on the car, the top layer either rests on the bottom layer or pushes toward the sky when active. There is no friction between the cover and the car finish because the bottom layer does not move because it is not exposed to wind. The fabric is also breathable so that moisture (from rain or dew point) and heat (from sun) can escape the paint finish. Here is a good video demonstrating the two layers, with a camera inside. https://youtu.be/Cv0sCiMVdfI

Aren't you required to pay to advertise your products on here?

Not advertising. Just answering questions and clarifying the systems capabilities. Haven't mentioned price at all.

Simply not posting a price doesn't make you not advertising.
