Rear suspension wide open
 

Rear suspension of X5 4.4i frm 2000 is wide open to the point of having totally worn the inside of the rear tires, and the outside still almost new in few kilometers. What parts should I buy for this, car is ina distante place in Africa and there´s no BMW vendor. Thanks in advance.

I would replace both rear links and the ball joints. 3 items each side.

Replace #4, 6, 11, and #2 & #3

CONFIRM #15 bushings are OK, they are replaceable (not from BMW). Good time to do the brakes as "When you in there already" kicks in. Buy or rent the ball joint press tool as you will need it to extract the joint from the carrier. It will NOT just pop out when unbolted.
