F15 wheels on E53?

Just a quick wheels question. ( might be dumb or answered before. Search gave me no conclusive answer )

I've come across a set of 20" F15 wheels (front: 20" 275/40-20 and back: 315/35-20).
The specs is identical to the E53 20" wheels listed in the door of my E53.
A bit of googling told my that they would fit my e53 if I utilize hub center rings.

Did I understand this correct? Is there any other issues that I need to be aware of with 20" F15 rims on E53?

They should work as long as you get the right size hub rings.

Should I worried for vibrations, noise or handling issues?
