Question about Dinan intake

probably not worth putting in my 3.0 but curious to see what others think

Its not made for the 3.0 and doesnt utilize the factory air scoop. If you want an intake just get an AFE, new will cost you approx $240 shipped from Ebay and get the dry filter as opposed to oil

and only get the kind with the heat shields to block the intake from sucking in hot engine bay air as that will kill performance.
I just installed a Dinan with heatshield and to be honest it sounds nice but unless you do a software update ($600 USD) its not really worth buying it...

Ok deal just was curious to see if it was even worth upgrading the stock one and that's what I thought too, thanks Ricky!
