Tail Lights Question

I want to change to clear tail lights and I've seen some seller say "only fits 2002-2003 or fits only 2004-2006. But others have it listed for 2000-2006 fitment.

So I'm a bit confused. Did the tail light design changed slighty im 2004? Can I really fit a 04-06 tail lights on my 03?

OEM taillights or Aftermarket taillights?

Only interested in OEM parts.

The pin out changed at some point. It takes about 5 seconds and a tiny screw driver to swap the pins in the wiring harness if need be. Fwiw I am selling a set of OE clear (turn signal) taillights in the classifieds off of an 03
