Fan Clutch Question

So I replaced my ac belt/tensioner and main belt/mechanical tensioner and the offset pulley and below is how my fan clutch looks when I removed it. Does it mean it's leaking and I'll need to replace soon? Car has 86k miles.

You know you can refill the fluid in those fan clutch if you can take them apart.
