2002 3.0i Head Gasket Replacement Special Tools
 

Hi All,

I am planning to replace my 2002 3.0i Head Gasket, and am wondering if I only replace the head gasket and don't need any machining, do I need any special tools aside from the E12 Torx Head Bolt extension? If so can you please share? And anybody have any suggestions on how to maintain timing on the chain? I saw somebody suggesting tying string around the sprocket and chain.
