steering column clicking - lower joint assembly?
 

I'm chasing a clicking I can feel through the steering column. Usually comes out when backing out of an inclined driveway.

I've already replaced the double joint previously so I dont think the problem is there.

I noticed that there is another rubber bushed coupling that is part of the lower column assy:

Anyone have experience with this part?
