BC coils on my 4.4
Installed a set of BC BR coil overs last weekend and drove around town all week to allow the springs to settle and give me enough time to adjust accordingly. Ended up going against my typical ways when I adjusted it and went for a more practical drop. Also, if anyone needs any self leveling parts I obviously have a full set I do not need (front and rear) also have adjustable links to lower your X5.

Are the pictures not displaying for anyone else?

Nice clean ride. Love the colour :).....and that E36 too!

Ditto on not being able to see the pics... I've been contemplating a set of BC's as-well.

Pics should show but they are uploaded from bimmerforums. Maybe you need to be registered there as well?

Welcome to the club. Enjoy the nice ride.

A very timely post as I canceled my order for the H&R lowering spring kit in favor of going the coilover route.
It looks like you actually raised it UP from the initial photo. How much lower than stock is the initial photo and why did you raise it? I want my 4.4 to look like yours in the first photo. Did you have to order springs as well? What rate did you go with? |
Ah the adjusted height looks so much better on your X with the BC coils. I know its different for everyone about what they like but your adjusted height seems to be spot on.
