Thankfully no. It was owned outright and they only had liability. Never claimed it or could. Clean title and believe it or not that was all bolt on damage.
Worst part was finding the headlights and engine oil cooler.

Glad you found the fusible link. Had that same one go out on mine. Also had to source an oil cooler at one time. I feel your pain, especially since the first oil cooler I received (brand new Behr) had a pinhole leak in it...
