Where does this plastic pipe connect?
 

Where does the plastic pipe in the foreground connect. It runs from the air intake near the throttle body to where?

Never mind the connection was where I was looking but hidden by work I did.

Runs all the way to the back of the engine, then make a 90* turn to the drivers side and goes over top of this valve on the drivers side fender, then down and dissappears out to the bottom somewhere...

It is very important. It goes to the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel filter.
