Cool of you to give them out. I wouldn't expect too much from them though, but they can replace stock bulbs fine.
I just installed my 20Ws to replace my 3.5W LEDs. I imagine the 7W would be a little closer to the 3.5 than the 20. Here's a daylight comparison shot.

I got my LED angel eyes lamps installed and they're a definite improvement. Not much brighter, but definitely whiter than the incandescent lamps they replaced. Thanks again to Eric for his generosity!
