Jack up the X to change the airbags, but when you lower the X do it slowly so that the air compressor can fill up the bags. Just dropping the X down will make it very hard for the compressor to inflate the bags.

Good advise.
Let the X5 sit over night after replacing the pump fuse. Ride height was fine. Used scan tool to turn SLS error function back on. No errors. Going to monitor it over the next few days. I doubt th pump fuse blew on its own, but it seems to coincide with the Jetski trailer. Well I'm glad I didn't dump the $226 into the new bags yet.
