Airbag Indicator=ON OBD Fault=OFF What Now?
 

Lucky me. I have an OBD II fault reader so whem my 2001 X5 dash airbag indicator came on and stayed on, I plugged in the reader and...no faults? What's happening here and how do I/should I reset it? My OBD reader is capable of reseting some things but I've never tried it. What should I do?

The OBD-II scanner doesn't read airbag fault conditions. You'll need to take it to the dealer to have it diagnosed and reset.
