Oh my goodness!! This is so frustrating!! I am making progress tho!! I have two YES's out of the four spots... I can not get SVG to register and even though I updated to IE-11, my browser is still NO....

I installed Java 8.0b121 and that got my java to go YES...

I don't know what I am doing wrong!! The bad part is that I had it working at one time in the not so distant past... I think windows did an update or whatever and it quit working...

I'm trying this on my "BMW programming" computer running win7pro, with IE11 or Firefox... I get java enabled YES with IE11, but not with Firefox... I downloaded and installed SVG viewer, but it still doesn't show as being avail...

Either way, I still have two obstacles to cross... I think I am really close tho...

Any help would be great!!

Thanks!!

Cheers!!

What is the point at where it stops, William? Do you get a Java error in the navigation view? Like in the attached image?

initial page opening goes right to

CAUTION::

Your system does not meet the technical requirements to view the content!

So, when I do the test:

Browser - NO
Java enabled - YES
JavaScript enabled - YES

SVG Plugin - NO

I'll try to type in the address you have in your picture... (How do you insert pictures like that? Do you go thru a picture hosting site like Photobucket?)

Thanks so much for your assistance...

EDIT:: Typing in the web address pulls up a caution window...

Internet Explorer blocked this website from installing an ActiveX control. I hit INSTALL....

Another window comes up and says:

Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher.

No option to ignore rule and install anyway...

Frustrating!!

You might need to add bmwtech.ru to your IE11 compatibility site list.

Here's my IE11 (on Win7 Pro) - see image below.

Yes, I use Photobucket mostly, although today I'm simply attaching the images to the message on this forum...

WOW!! Okay, I'm almost there!!!!

I get into the section where I can select the model... Then I get that situation where windows is trying to save me from myself by not letting me install the ActiveX...

Thanks so much for your assistance!!!

You could try adding bmwtech.ru to your "trusted sites" or lowering your ActiveX security level (I haven't had to do either of these though).

At this point, we pretty much have our trousers around our ankles with this site (bmwtech.ru) - I hope they are trustworthy!! :D

It must still be the SVG Plugin that isn't working correctly... I'm still getting NO on that and I don't get the drop-down list on the left side...

It must be hiding in there somewhere "Disabled" because I have it on my list of ADD-ON Extensions...

Thanks again for your help!!!

You have to use an older version of I.E. I think 9 is the correct version.
