Got some time to look at the X today.

Still no start.

Scanned with INPA and no codes except for MAF, which I expected since I unplugged it while trying to start the other day.

Activated the fuel pump relay via INPA and it was clicking fine.

Removed the top engine cover to access the fuel rail shrader valve. Pressed the valve in and a dribble of fuel came out.

Had someone press in the valve while turning the key to position 2. No increase in fuel flow, looks like pump isnt priming.

Looks like the fuel pump, ordered a Pierburg and will put it in, hopefully that's it.

Yes, it was the fuel pump.

Put the new one in and it started right up.

Thanks for coming back and updating the problem with a solution. Too many people come on this forum and once they fix the problem they don't bother to update the thread so the thread is basically worthless.
