750i fan and fan clutch on E53
 

I broke a blade off of my cooling fan and ordered another one. It was different than what I have. The fan clutch and fan are from a 99-01 750i. Is this an upgrade or?

The fan is a lot cheaper than a clutch so I'll order the 750i fan, it fits inside the shroud.

No, that is the original design which would break and cut lines and put holes in the radiator.
