Rear bumper attachment
 

My rear bumper has come undone on one side. Looking at it, do I need to take the wheel cover out to access where to re-attach? I've looked at realoem and it just looks like some screws are missing. Here's a picture, it looks like the tabs weren't broken.

Rear bumper slides on side brackets. It's the bracket came loose.

To repair,
Remove bumper
Re-attach bracket to the body of the car
Re-install bumper
