Oil Pressure Error - Symptoms/Repair

About 2 months ago, started getting random / more reoccuring oil low/oil pressure warnings. Everything checked out. Ended up replacing both OLS and OPS. No warnings for 2 months straight after that...

Low Oil Pressure Warning came back again...
Thoughts, next steps.

For those that have received the LOPS warning, what was you diag/resolution
