You are so right. I need to order two kits, one for the 530i too!

while worked on my OFH gasket replacement, I decided to replace the intake boots since the arm (the smaller branch) had a leak.

One mistake I made was with the bottom T40 screw. It is not clear in sight so I used my finger to identify the screwed and unscrewed that one. I think keep trying to pull out the DISA. On the video, it seems pretty effort less. I wondered what's holding on the darn thing, only to find out that I removed the bottom T40 screw, not the one holding the DISA to the intake body.

I now realized that the DISA o-ring needs to be replaced.
