I remember this issue coming up on the E36 M3 forums years ago... Back then people were retrofitting the the heated seats by purchasing the OEM coils, and the buttons and then taking the car to an auto upholsterer to have the coils installed (remove the leather and put it back etc).... I've never done it.. but if you really want them I would start with the upholstery shops in your area...
